What a great night this was! Last Saturday night The “106 Miles to Chicago Blues Brothers tribute band” descended on Finchampstead and brought with them mega watts of energy. Playing to a full hall the night was great fun, it was good to see so many new members and to make new friends. The singers did us proud, getting everyone up onto their feet and dancing – the lasagne was most welcome and judging by the number of bottles left over it was well washed down. Big thanks to the Tally Ho pub and restaurant on Fleet Hill for the excellent lasagne they prepared and delivered to us on the night – great job and really tasty.
Thanks to Mohan for introducing the band to us, I understand he picked them up in a bar! Also a big thanks to Kate and the Barrie family for arranging the food and their overall help.
Great to see so many people out enjoying a Saturday night. Check out a selection of the photos on our gallery page.
